Work Specification
Remove all old bathroom suite, fittings and current floor. Lay new floor. Take off tiles from the walls. Repair any damaged walls. Make new connections for central heating, water and drainage. Install new bath, basin, toilet, taps and mixer. Make new connections for four spotlights, electric mirror, and vent. Tilling walls and floor. Painting ceiling with Matt Bathroom Emulsion.
